My mission at CREPS was to design an all-encompassing communication system capable of guiding individuals from their very first glance at a flyer to their full immersion within the physical facilities.
I approached this project as an "architecture of welcome." Graphic design (both print and digital) was built to inform with absolute clarity, while the environmental design transformed institutional spaces into warm, engaging environments. By restructuring the signage and the visual atmosphere of the reception areas, I established a reassuring sense of continuity—ensuring athletes and visitors felt expected, recognized, and valued the moment they walked in.
The Impact
This immersive design system significantly strengthened the sense of belonging within the center.
By simplifying access to information and humanizing environments through thoughtful design, I made a public institution feel more accessible, personal, and easy to navigate. More than just layout and formatting, this project was rooted in a philosophy of care: ensuring that every single touchpoint and space embodied CREPS’ values of excellence and community. Ultimately, this turned visual communication into a genuine driver of connection, focus, and well-being for everyone.
